EOHF's Board of Directors gratefully acknowledge the receipt of a generous Pledge (donation proposal) from the "Peeker - Group of Companies" & its spin-off company "Pacific-Atlantic Energy System Inc.", per the following committment:
"The Peeker Company' founders, privately, through their foundations, corporations, and organizations pledge to donate to EOHF 1,000,000 shares of common stock in Peeker Corporation or its spin-off company PACIFIC-ATOMIC ENERGY SYSTEMS, INC...".
Such an act of generosity will help EOHF implement its charitable work, underlined in the EOHF Purposes, according to the Foundation's Articles of Incorporation.
